Due to the limited production capacity of our kitchen, our Chef’s Signature Char Siu is only available to be reserved with a minimum quantity order of 2 orders for private dining evening reservations, or reserved with a minimum quantity order of 4 orders for takeout, with at least 48 hours advance notice and is available from 5:30 pm onwards.

A frequently asked question is why we are unable to produce our Chef’s Signature Char Siu throughout the day any day. In addition to char siu, our daily efforts are also dedicated towards the production of other food items. Additionally, we use only a premium cut of pork that is freshly sourced from the market and marinated in a unique blend of spices and sauces for at least 8 hours. In order to preserve and maintain the quality and integrity of the dish, Chef insists on serving it fresh from the roasting oven and not hanging thru a glass display.

Don’t fret, however, if you can’t eat that much char siu! If you would like to reserve just 1 order of our Chef’s Signature Char Siu, please see above listed available dates, for when we will be firing up the char siu roasting oven and you may piggyback on other already reserved orders.
